1. Lessons are required to book at least one day ahead.
2.The earlier you have booked a session with us, the higher chances you can be allocated with your preferred location.
3. It is not guarantee for you to get the preferred locations/secure a booking last minute.
4. Cancellation must be made at least 4 hours before the session.

5. Cancellation policy:

Our Cancellation Policy applies once you have submitted our request a Squash lesson form.

The lesson will be confirmed by the coach you have chosen to train with. If you do not have a coach preference, we will assign the coach for you. Court(s) will be reserved by your preference filled out in the form.
Cancellation fee for different scenarios:

i.) If the cancellation notice is received after the court booking has been confirmed with the coach, student has to pay the court booking and service charge, HKD100 in total for 1 hour class, $125 for 1.5 hour class and $150 for 2 hour class.

ii.) If the student cancelled the court within 1 hour before the class start, half price of the lesson will be charged.
iii.) Full lesson fee will be charged if the cancellation is received after the scheduled lesson time. Students can contact their coach and ask them to reschedule their class(es) if the student cannot attend the class.

The above policy applies to all 1 on 1, 1 on 2 and group classes.
